Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi saat ini perkembangan industri dan perekonomian harus diimbangi oleh kinerja karyawan yang baik sehingga dapat tercipta dan tercapainya tujuan-tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Salah satu persoalan penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (pegawai) dalam organisasi adalah mengukur kinerja pegawai. Pengukuran kinerja dikatakan penting mengingat melalui pengukuran kinerja dapat diketahui seberapa tepat pegawai telah menjalankan fungsinya. Ketepatan pegawai dalam dalam menjalankan fungsinya akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Selain itu, hasil pengukuran kinerja pegawai akan memberikan informasi penting dalam proses pengembangan pegawai..
