Abstract

The research objective was to describe the Improvement of Integrated Thematic Learning Process with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model in Class IV SD Negeri 15 Padang Sarai, Kec. Koto Tangah, the city of Padang. The research method is classroom action research, with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research subjects were teachers and fourth grade students of SD Negeri 15 Padang Sarai kec. Koto Tangah, the city of Padang. The results showed an increase in the integrated thematic learning process in cycle I and cycle II. The average percentage of teachers' ability to design lesson plans from 75% to 95.8%. The average percentage of teacher implementation from 77.5% to 92.5%. The average percentage of student implementation was from 77.5% to 92.5%.
