Evolusi Konsep Smart City dalam Perencanaan Infrastruktur Perkotaan: Studi Bibliometrik

Abstract

Transformasi digital yang melanda kawasan urban global telah melahirkan konsep "Smart City" sebagai kerangka kerja utama dalam merancang masa depan kota. Namun, bagaimana konsep ini berkembang khususnya dalam konteks perencanaan infrastruktur, seperti jalan, sistem drainase, dan transportasi, belum sepenuhnya dipetakan secara sistematis. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik untuk menelusuri evolusi intelektual dan kolaboratif dari riset-riset terkait selama dua dekade terakhir. Melalui analisis co-word dan co-authorship menggunakan perangkat VOSviewer dan Biblioshiny, kami mengidentifikasi klaster tematik utama, tren kemunculan kata kunci, dan jaringan kolaborasi ilmiah yang membentuk tubuh pengetahuan di bidang ini. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi seperti Internet of Things (IoT), big data, dan artificial intelligence (AI) semakin mendominasi diskursus, dengan pergeseran fokus dari efisiensi teknis menuju inklusivitas dan keberlanjutan. Implikasi dari studi ini tidak hanya bersifat akademik, tetapi juga menyentuh ranah kebijakan dan praktik perencanaan kota masa depan.
